Terms of Service

1. Definitions

1.1 Client means an individual enrolled in a dLife program.

1.2 Program means a 12-24-month consulting plan, extendable, designed on low-carb principles.

1.3 Mentor means a dLife-certified Doctor, Senior Mentor, or Consultant assigned to the Client.

2. Onboarding and Program Participation

2.1 Clients must disclose accurate medical history, lab results, and current medications before starting.

2.2 Clients acknowledge that the program emphasizes low-carb nutrition, which may differ from standard dietary guidelines.

2.3 Clients must consult their physician before altering prescribed medication.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Follow the prescribed low-carb plan in good faith. Hiding things like having fruits and other things between meals and not being honest about it will be a violation of these Terms of Service.

3.2 Inform mentors of symptoms, discomfort, or changes in health status. Provide daily updates as requested by the mentor or mentors assigned to your case.

3.3 Abstain from sharing confidential content, recipes, or frameworks publicly.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Fees are payable in advance through dLife's official channels.

4.2 Fees are non-refundable once a program begins.

5. Consent and Waiver

5.1 By enrolling, Client consents to structured low-carb nutritional guidance.

5.2 Client understands and accepts risks, including fatigue, gastrointestinal discomfort, or electrolyte imbalance during adaptation. The mentors will be in constant touch and approachable, though these transition blues are rare.

5.3 Client waives claims against dLife or mentors for adverse outcomes arising from non-disclosure of medical conditions, deviations from plan, or self-alteration of medications.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Client information is private and shared only within dLife's system.

6.2 Anonymized data may be used for research and publications.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction is the Mumbai courts.
